In summer the road to Javorca is completely closed to all motor vehicles, therefore an organized Shuttle bus runs into the Tolminka valley, from the Tolmin bus station to the parking lot below Javorca. Get yourself a free seat.
Complete road closure
In the summer, on the local road to the Church of the Holy Spirit in Javorca (from the Church of St. Peter to the mountain pasture Polog), there is a complete road closure. The traffic restriction applies to all motor vehicles.
Shuttle Bus Tolmin
During the traffic closure, you can access the parking lot below Javorca from the Tolmin bus station with an organized Shuttle Bus.
