Are you interested in how the cheesemaking tradition has been developing for thousands of years, how the Planika Dairy Plant is preserving the natural processes for the production of dairy products, made using milk produced in the mountainous areas of the Soča Valley? The certified ecological estate of Bogata, where 130 dairy cows are taken care of, is happy to satisfy curious visitors, who can also buy ecological products under the “Mlekarna Planika” trademark in a special room and Salamerie Alpija from Tolmin products.
